1. Services
KillaFramez Media ("we," "us," or "the Company") provides video production services including but not limited to commercial video production, brand films, social media content, corporate video, event coverage, and post-production services. All services are provided subject to a signed project agreement or statement of work.
2. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines the specific deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall control.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before production begins. Final payment is due upon delivery of completed deliverables. Late payments may be subject to a service fee as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered content for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. KillaFramez Media retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production and resources already committed. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in each project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to locations, personnel, brand assets, and approvals as outlined in the project agreement. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
KillaFramez Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the information on this site. Use of this website does not create a client relationship.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
