Pre-Production

This is where the magic gets organized. We break down scripts, plan every shot, scout locations, and lock in crew and talent. Nothing is left to chance.
Script Breakdown Sheet
Scene-by-scene breakdown: cast, props, wardrobe, locations, and special equipment.
Shot List
Every shot planned — framing, camera movement, lens choices, and priority notes.
Location Scout Report
Location details, power access, parking, permits, and ambient noise assessment.
Location Release Form
Written permission from property owners to film at their location.
Talent / Actor Release Form
Usage rights, compensation, and duration agreements for on-screen talent.
Crew Deal Memo

Production
Lights, Camera, Action
Shoot day. We execute the plan with precision, track every piece of equipment and media, and keep detailed daily reports so nothing falls through the cracks.
Equipment Checkout Form
Every camera, lens, and light tracked by serial number with condition notes.
Daily Production Report
What was shot, wrap time, issues encountered, and next-day prep notes.
Media / Footage Log
Every media card cataloged with timecodes, descriptions, and backup status.

Post & Delivery
Polish & Deliver
We edit, color grade, and refine until it's perfect. You review cuts, submit timecoded feedback, and approve the final product. Then we deliver everything in the formats you need.
Revision Request Form
Structured, timecoded feedback so revisions are fast and accurate.
Music License Agreement
License type, territory, platforms, and fees for all music used.
Asset Delivery Manifest
